Payment
Payment is expected in full prior to shipment of goods. Methods of payment accepted include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or cashiers check.
Shipping
We provide free shipping on all items. Shipping is by United States Postal Service insured parcel for items under $500 and delivery takes 3-5 days. Items valued $500-$5000 are shipped United States Postal Service insured registered mail and delivery takes 10-14 days. Items valued $5000-$9999 are shipped insured FedEx 2 nd day. Items over $10,000 ship insured FedEx Priority Overnight. Upgraded shipping options are available at an additional fee. Saturday Fed Ex delivery is available for an additional $10 added to Overnite charges.

Deposits, returns and refunds
Security deposits – Before any stone – diamonds or color – are sent out, we require a security deposit for that stone. We do this through a credit card authorization from either Mastercard or American Express. This authorization reduces your credit line but does not release the money to us. This assures us that payment is available and can be run on demand for a prescribed period yet it does not release payment to us until a sale is confirmed – thus protecting both of our interests. When a sale is made, we collect on the authorization. If a sale is not made, the credit line is released upon return of the undamaged stone. If American Express or Mastercard are not available, we must receive a personal check or cashiers check for the full sale price of the stone. Once the check clears the bank, the stone is sent for inspection. When the stone is returned within the 21 days, funds are refunded according to our terms and conditions.
Returning merchandise: – before returning any merchandise for refund or exchange, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. Regardless of what any shipping clerk at a counter may tell you, Fed Ex and UPS do NOT insure jewelry. We insure our packages through a third party insurance company. Please call us at 1-800-524-7904 to receive your RMA number and shipping and insurance instructions. Insurance on returns is your responsibility and the costs are deducted from any refunds due. Loss resulting from noninsured, nondelivered packages results in zero refunds. Please protect us both with proper return procedures and adequate insurance
Return and Refunds: Diamonds – Diamonds in your possession are your responsibility. Please do not ship diamonds without proper insurance. Please follow the procedures for Returning Merchandise above. All stones sent for inspection are expected to be returned in undamaged, original condition with original diamond grading report in crisp condition. In the event the report does not accompany the returned diamond, a charge of $250 will be deducted from any refund due as the stone will have to be sent back to a laboratory for certification and reissuance of a lab report whose cost is $250.00. Following the 21 day pre-sale inspection period, all diamonds reported to us as sold are nonrefundable.
Returns and Refunds: Colored Stones – Colored stones in your possession are yourresponsibility. Please do not ship colored stones without proper insurance. Please follow the procedures for Returning Merchandise above. Although every attempt is made to learn all we can about a stone before its sale, colored stones are subject to “treatment”. When we know of treatment on a stone, it will be disclosed with its description.If you find within one year of sale that the stone was treated in any way that we were not aware at time of sale and are unhappy with the stone, we will refund your purchase price in full upon return of the undamaged stone.
Deposit and Refunds: Custom Made Treasures - Because of the unique nature of special order, custom pieces or designs altered to your specifications or special needs and special order designer items, a deposit of ½ of the anticipated total cost is required to begin work. When a decision is made to make a custom piece, we have to pay for the time and labor of master craftsmen on these items. The cost of changes in design or modifications once a piece is begun lies fully with the client and those costs are nonrefundable and will be added to the final cost of the piece. Therefore, full refund of the purchase price will not be given on any items cast specifically to fit the stone you purchased or already own. Any partial refund given due to dissatisfaction with design or workmanship will be limited to amounts over and above costs of incurred materials and labor. Damaged items or items worked on by another jeweler are not refundable for any reason.
Returns and Refunds: Gold and Platinum Jewelry – 1) There will be a 30% restocking and restoration fee on returns for any merchandise which has been assembled, sized or altered as per your request. We incur a non-refundable expense of parts and labor when we set stones and/or size a ring. When returned, a piece then needs to be restored and refurbished before it can be offered for resale even at clearance pricing. This is what the 30% restocking fee is applied to. This 30% fee will be deducted from any refund due.
2)Any returns for refund on gold and platinum jewelry due to workmanship dissatisfaction must be made within 60 days of sale. After 60 days, work is warranted for repair or remake due to errors in workmanship for a period of one year. Our refund does not apply to dissatisfaction due to a desire to change designs or request modifications to the original order. Changes in design or modifications will be billed to the client.
Shipping, handling and insurance charges - These are not refundable for any reason.
Inscriptions and engravings – Jewelry items or stones carrying any inscriptions other than trademarks or materials content are not refundable under any conditions.

Did we get what you sent? All returns are subject to verification. Stones received for return must match our records exactly
We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry or stones. Insurance coverage on shipped packages ends upon delivery – albeit to you or ANY agent signing for the package – this includes co-workers or landladies or agents or anyone accepting receipt of the package on your behalf. We strongly recommend that you instruct us to send the package to a Fed Ex Station for Hold and Pickup if you are not going to be present to sign for the package yourself. Fed Ex Station Hold is a wonderful option to assure your package gets in your hands if you are not available at time of delivery.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS SMOOSHED? Insurance coverage on shipped packages ends upon delivery. Upon receipt of your order, examine the package thoroughly to ensure the security of your package has not been violated BEFORE SIGNING for it. If you suspect tampering or damage, REFUSE DELIVERY and call us immediately at 1-800-524-7904. All stones will be shipped double boxed to maintain the integrity of packaging in the inner box. Therefore, if you receive a box with damage showing on the outer box or you suspect tampering, open the outer box IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON and MAKE SURE THE INNER BOX IS INTACT. If there is damage, file a report with the driver, get a written confirmation and call us immediately. DO NOT LET THE DRIVER OUT OF YOUR SITE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!!!
We strongly recommend you obtain proper insurance for your jewelry items. We are not responsible for intentional or accidental damage inflicted to diamonds and/or jewelry items as a result of wear and tear or neglect.
