This fabulous man in the moon carving by Glenn Lehrer is one of my wife’s favorite pieces. Aquamarine with pseudo adularescence causing the stone to virtually glow at you as light strikes it from different angles.
This aquamarine was cut in the shape of a diamond as seen from the side.
With this design Richard Homer won first place in a the first national cutting contest that he ever entered. I still have the original award winning stone in my office.
A Glenn Lehrer, Mark Schneider combination. Mark has an artistry and genius with Glenn’s stones.
Snowflakes in blue topaz anyone?
